    The IBA Munich Baking Exhibition is the world's leading professional baking expo, held every three years. The 2023 IBA exhibition was hosted by the German Baking Association and took place on October 22-26 at the Munich International Congress Center. As the most authoritative and professional exhibition in the international baking industry, exhibitors and nearly 100,000 visitors from more than 50 countries and regions around the world participated in this event. During this grand event, Mr. Du Zhongping, chairman of Sunson Industry Group Co., Ltd, led the colleagues from the international department of baking business to attend this important industry event.   • Sunson hosted the Seventh National Symposium on Enzyme Research, Development and Application Technology
    Sunson Hosted The Seventh National Symposium on Enzyme R&D 2023 The Seventh National Symposium on Enzyme Research, Development and Application Technology Concludes Successfully. On October 20-21, 2023, in Yinchuan, Ningxia, Ningxia Sunson Industrial Group Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University of Science and Technology jointly hosted the Seventh National Symposium on Enzyme Research, Development and Application Technology. The attendees included authoritative experts from national ministries and commissions, academia, and industry. More than one hundred scholars and experts participated in the conference and delivered keynote speeches on topics such as the development status and trend of domestic enzyme preparations, the relevant standards and regulations of enzyme preparations, the basic research of enzyme preparations, the application and industrialization of enzyme preparations in downstream fields, etc. The symposium aimed to jointly explore the latest advances and future trends in the field of enzyme preparations, share the latest scientific discoveries and technological innovations, and promote the continuous development of the field of enzyme preparations. On October 20, the Second Council Meeting of the Third Session of the Enzyme Branch of China Biofermentation Industry Association (CBIA) and the Second Council Meeting of the Sixth Session of the Enzyme Branch of the Chinese Society for Food Science and Technology (CSST) were successfully held. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Shi Weizhen, Chairman of CBIA, and Mr. Lu Fuping, President of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, and Mr. Wang Jie, Secretary-General of CBIA, respectively reported on the summary and work plan of the branch. The meeting unanimously passed the proposal to change the future work plan. On October 21, the Seventh National Symposium on Enzyme Research, Development and Application Technology officially began. Mr. Lu Fuping, President of Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Mr. Shi Weizhen, Chairman of CBIA, and Mr. Du Zhongping, Chairman of Sunson Group, gave opening remarks and expressed their warm welcome to colleagues from all walks of life who attended the event. Mr. Du Zhongping, Chairman of Sunson Group, recounted the history and origin of Sunson Group, how it has cultivated in the field of enzyme preparations for 25 years, breaking through numerous international monopolies, and achieving a qualitative leap from 0 to 1. He narrated the history of the development of Chinese enzyme preparations, how it started from being weak and could only learn and imitate, then progressed to self-exploration and development, until now seeking to surpass others. His insights and experience will inspire our domestic enzyme enterprises to strive forward, to be enterprises with technology, innovation, story and sentiment, to set a new benchmark for the enzyme industry in our country, to adhere to our original intention, and to create our own enzyme industry research and development system. This symposium attracted leading enterprises from the field of enzyme preparations in the country to attend, learn and understand the most cutting-edge scientific innovations in the field of domestic enzyme preparations. The core theme of the symposium was to strengthen the relationship between various scientific research institutes and universities and enterprises, and to apply the scientific research results to the enterprises. Huang Yanjie, Deputy Secretary-General of China Leather Association, reported on the current industry background and the pain points and difficulties encountered by the leather industry, and elaborated on the application of enzyme preparations in the leather industry, as well as the problems and suggestions for the application of enzyme preparations in the leather industry. Jiang Zhengqiang, Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor and recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Fund, School of Food Science and Nutritional Engineering, China Agricultural University (CAU), introduced the current status and prospects of the biosynthesis of human milk oligosaccharides, focusing on the research progress of human milk oligosaccharides (HMOs), the biosynthesis of fucosylated HMOs, and the biosynthesis of human milk core neutral oligosaccharides at the current frontier of technology, which will play a greater role for the development of the industry and the health of the nation. Zhao Yingchun, Director of Strain Technology R&D Centre of Sunson Group, gave an in-depth introduction to the product and market changes in China`s enzyme industry in the past 30 years, and the R&D history of our core products with strong competitiveness in the industry, as well as the outlook for the future. He talked in detail about the product and market analyses at different stages of China`s enzyme industry, such as the initial stage, the stage of technological advancement and market expansion, the stage of genetic research and development, and the stage of customised enzyme solutions. Zhang Jianbo, Director of the National Centre for Food Safety Risk Assessment (NCFSRA), explained and reported on the policies and regulations of enzyme preparations as food additives at home and abroad, interpreted the policies for relevant manufacturers, and extended to how to better integrate into European Union standards and global standards. During the meeting, Mr Du Zhongping, Chairman of Sunson Group, and Mr Shi Weizhen, Chairman of China Fermentation Association, had a detailed technical discussion and exchanged different opinions with each other. After the meeting, Sunson Group invited Dr. Huang Huoqing, representative of Academician Yao Bin, to come to our R&D Centre to make further technical communication on the latest scientific research results in the field of enzyme preparation and the research and application of new enzyme strains.     : Sunson at the All China Leather Exhibition From August 29 to 31, 2023, the All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE) was held at the Shanghai Pudong New International Expo Center. ACLE is known as the "barometer" of the leather industry. The exhibition covered an area of 80,000 square meters and attracted more than 1,000 well-known enterprises from nearly 30 countries and regions, including China, the United States, Brazil, Italy, Germany, and Spain.   • Sunson, Innovation Awards winner at DETEX 2022
    Sunson, besides Novozymes, won Innovation Awards at DETEX 2022 held from 22 – 24 May, Kempinski Hotel in Amman. Organized by Amman Chamber of Industry in collaboration with Jordan Chamber of Industry, Chemical Sector, DETEX 2022 is the biggest event of the year in the field of detergents in the Middle East. An elite of experts, technicians, researchers, developers and marketers in the detergents industry, as well as suppliers from Europe, China and Middle East, gathered in Amman discussing the latest trends, the drivers for innovation and the road ahead for the industry. These are becoming the driving force leading to the design of new detergent formulas and the subsequent launch of innovative new products. With its latest innovation, Pheobezyme FM 16X, an enzyme-based product for cold bleaching, Sunson took part in the important event as an invited participant. The product contains oxidases that activate peroxides to generate active oxygen at low temperature. Pheobezyme FM 16X activates sodium percarbonate to release peracetic acid under lower temperature, saving energy while having more profound bleaching effects. It is suitable for use in hand wash conditions where agitation levels are lower. Addition of Pheobezyme FM 16X delivers significant improvement in stain removal across a range of bleachable stains without reducing performance on other stains. Pheobezyme FM 16X wash delivers a 3 log reduction in bacterial numbers on contaminated fabrics and wash water. Under more realistic conditions where soil is present the performance of common base against E. coli is significantly improved by addition of a Pheobezyme FM 16X+SPC. The level of performance improves with increasing activator level. A clear reduction in odour is observed for TAED inclusion. The recognition by insiders will further encourage Sunson to continue its innovation efforts to constantly develop new solutions to address various concerns in the market.

  • Sunson's Dairy cattle enzyme compound highlighted Northwest Dairy Forum
    Encouraged by major dairy companies and Chinese government, dairy industry in the Northwest China has gained huge momentum and sees nice increase in the numbers of both cow and pasture. but still the industry faces some issues with cost and farm management. To address these issues, Northwest Dairy Industry High-quality Development Forum was successfully held in Yinchuan, the provincial capital of Ningxia, which was sponsored by Shaanxi Dairy Association, Xinjiang Dairy Association, "Dairy Cow" magazine, Dairy Cow Weikan, and Ningxia Dairy Industry Association from March 5th to 6th, 2022. In the opening speech, the Director of the Ningxia Dairy Industry Association shared with the audience the pros and cons of the dairy industry in Northwest China. He pointed out that cost saving and efficiency improvement in farm management should be the key for the sustainable development of Northwest Dairy industry. Professor Feng Dingyuan Feng Dingyuan, professor of the School of Animal Science of South China Agricultural University, explained the idea of "enzyme-microbe isomorphism" in ruminant rumen, enzyme R&D for dairy cow and working mechanism of enzymes, which enlightens the future development of feed enzymes for dairy cow. He specially complimented the achievement of Sunson in feed enzyme R&D. Wang Chan Wang Chan, General Manager of Sunson Dairy Cattle Enzyme Division, introduced the development of Dairy Cattle Compound Enzymes in the company. She summarized the latest feeding trial results in recent years, which indicates the good performance of the product in terms of daily milk output boosting and milk quality improvement. The Dairy Cattle Compound Enzymes is an enzyme blend based on catalytic characteristics of each enzyme, cow`s digestion mechanism and the composition of Total Mixed Ration (TMR). Each enzyme is produced by submerged fermentation of finely selected microorganism. The blend formulation has been carefully optimized through model system study and feeding trials. It contains β-xylanase, β-glucanase, β-mannase and some other beneficial activities, which can efficiently help cow digest different components in feed, remove anti-nutritional factors, improve feed conversion, maintain rumen health, and comprehensively improve cow production performance.     The opening of 2nd round training on enzymes for the employees on Dec. 6th in Sunson`s Changzhou production base (Changzhou Sunson) marked the official establishment of Changzhou Sunson Enzyme Business Academy. Based on the feedbacks from the first 2 rounds of training, improvement plan will be made, and the next round will be then scheduled. By that time more than 95% of employees at Changzhou Sunson will have received systematic training on enzymes. In general, with the efforts from all staff, all missions for attending this exhibition were successfully achieved. We not only learned about the newest trends in the enzyme industry, but also had effective communications with old and new clients, which is very meaningful for market exploration and brand building.

    Date:Feb,12nd-14th,2019 Location:Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta, Georgia USA International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) continues to evolve and grow to meet the needs of its attendees and exhibitors. In 2019, IPPE will be expanding the show floor to all three halls (A, B and C) of the Georgia World Congress Center. This will allow IPPE to accommodate increased demand for new and existing exhibitors for additional space as well as allow for more networking opportunities and engaging events on the show floor. The 2019 IPPE will bring together more than 1,200 exhibitors and 30,000 visitors in Atlanta, Ga. During this meeting there is nearly 10,000 buyers from over 50 countries and regions all over the world participated in this exhibition. Represented of Sunson Group, the international department attended this exhibition. During the exhibition, many feed additives manufacturers and agents from the United States, Argentina, South Korea, Uruguay, Indian ,Pakistan and other countries came to our booth to hold talks, exchanged the latest needs in the industry and asked for samples for testing. Overall, with the efforts of all employees, all missions for attending this exhibition were successfully achieved. Through the exhibition and multi-party exchanges within the industry, we have not only mastered the latest developments in the enzyme preparation industry, but also held pleasant talks with new and existing customers in many countries.
